 * Yes I installed and when I go to activate it does the sorry cannot access this
   page.
 * Then always shows need to activate. Something is not correct. I have deleted 
   plug and tried over several times too.

 * Everytime I try to go to settings or anything for the plugin I get this message:“
   Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”
 * Everytime when I click on “Settings” or ” Activate”
 * Where do I turn it on?

 * PLus I see this when looking at plugin:
 *  “WooCommerce is not active! WooCommerce Checkout Manager requires WooCommerce
   to be active.”
