 * I did that unfortunately. The plugins were the first thing that sprang to mind,
   yet even with all of them off (including Hello Dolly), the problem still persists.
 * I won’t let it get the best of me!

 * Yes, I have set all the moderation settings, but the problem still persists. 
   Maybe there’s a problem with the code?
 * I checked the following:
    Before a comment appears
    - An administrator must always approve the comment
    - Comment author must have a previously approved comment
 * I’m still getting the same error. I do suspect it’s a bug within my theme, which
   isn’t really what I wanted to hear 🙁

 * Hi Micah,
 * I do have plugins installed. I deactivated them all and still got no editor. 
   I’ve even switched back to the TwentyEleven (and TwentyTen) theme and still nothing
   🙁
 * I re-installed WordPress using FileZilla.
 * This is one of the strangest errors I have ever come across whilst using WordPress.
