 * Thank you so much for your reply.
    You are right i was not user wp_head() & wp_footer()
   PHP function that’s why facing this error. Now, this plugin is working perfect.
   i’m so happy.
 * I need one more help from your end. when i receive any Application alert in my
   email-Id.
    then do not need “WordPress” name from name. i need name of applicant.
   How to change setting for same.
