 * Sure, I’m running WP 3.8.1 with the Avada theme. I do believe we have some widgets
   enabled from the plugins repository but not sure off top of my head.
 * I’m leaning towards this being a local and/or wamp issue though because I do 
   have a version of the site running on an IIS web server as well. When I run the
   Exporter there, the widget_data.json file downloads in the browser when completed.
