This fixed it for all calls to` get_terms()` including the call from `get_term_by()`. But I’m not entirely sure what the purpose of the `lang` parameter is. Occasionally the WordPress permalink structure appears to get corrupted. We haven’t been able to work out how or why, but some Googling shows it’s not uncommon (if infrequent) and not necessarily related to EasyIndex.
