 * I found I could get around this by setting the `lang` parameter to “en,pt” (my
   client’s blog used English and Portuguese) and I did this in a filter than ran
   before any others in the `get_terms_args` hook. This fixed it for all calls to`
   get_terms()` including the call from `get_term_by()`. But I’m not entirely sure
   what the purpose of the `lang` parameter is. Can you explain that so I can be
   sure my fix is valid?

 * Go to the EasyIndex settings page and clear the “Thumbnail directory” and “Thumbnail
   Base URL” fields and save the settings.
 * EasyIndex will rediscover the correct values and things should be back to normal.

 * As I pointed out in an earlier response, you posted a ticket yesterday on our
   support site and you had a response within the hour.
 * Although the issue was actually nothing to do with EasyRecipe, I did see that
   it was resolved after I made some suggestions in my response to you.

 * Hi Mary,
 * You submitted a ticket to our support site regarding this at 2:31 PM yesterday(
   my time) and I responded to you at 3:15PM the same day.
 * As I pointed out in my response, the issue of the Chicory ingredient button on
   your homepage is not something that EasyRecipe has anything to do with.
 * I do notice that after my response the button is no longer showing so I’m guessing
   you found the problem elsewhere.

 * We don’t have a multi column format yet but it’s in the works.
 * I can’t explain the odd entry you mention. If I could take a copy of your site
   and run it on our test servers I’d be able to find an explanation and a way to
   fix it.
 * If you’d like me to do that, open a ticket at [http://support.easyindexplugin.com/support/home](http://support.easyindexplugin.com/support/home)
   and we can go from there.

 * Hi,
 * You need to ensure that the WP uploads directory is writable by your web server
   process. Your hosting company should be able to help you with that.

 * Hi,
 * This looks like a corrupt permalink table. The fix is quick and easy:

 * Hi,
 * I think we’ve responded to your support ticket, but here’s the answer for others
   who may experience this. Occasionally the WordPress permalink structure appears
   to get corrupted. We haven’t been able to work out how or why, but some Googling
   shows it’s not uncommon (if infrequent) and not necessarily related to EasyIndex.
   Fortunately the fix is quick and simple as described here:

 * Hi,
 * EasyRecipe data are an integral part of the post, so it’s not really possible
   to export recipes separately from posts.
 * We’re still working on the next release! 🙂

 * This is caused by a bug in Foodie Pro (in /themes/foodiepro/includes/compatability.
   php on line 52). It calls EasyRecipe without providing the correct number of
   arguments.

 * Hi,
 * There is no way to do this in a batch. You’ll need to do it for each recipe individually
   I’m afraid.

 * Hi Gretchen,
 * We are still working on an update to make EasyRecipe compatible with the new
   editor in the latest version of WordPress. We hope to have it released soon.
   In the meantime, you can continue to use EasyRecipe by re-installing the the
   WordPress Classic Editor ([https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-editor/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-editor/))
 * Any existing EasyRecipe posts will be shown correctly on the front-end whether
   you use the Classic Editor or not,
