 * To remove the download count you need to remove one string from the default file
   template. Go to WP-Filebase>settings>templates and scripts.
 * In the Default File Template box remove the following line:
    %file_hits% %’Downloads’%
 * It would be wise to backup the template text in a text file before you mess with
   anything though.

 * Thanks for the quick reply!
 * -zip file is 279kp containing a 288kp PDF and a 30.3kb jpeg.
 * -To upload the file I selected “upload a file” in the Add New Download page.
   This brings up the normal Insert Media window from wordpress. I dragged my zip
   file into there.
 * -Forced Download
 * I’ve narrowed the problem to .zip files. Maybe it is a problem with my server??
   If I upload a regular PDF it works just fine. I have since realized that a PDF
   is really all that is needed so I no longer have the need to upload .zip files.
   I suppose I no longer have an issue then. Thanks for your quick reply.

 * Thanks for the reply. I know about the default options for adding images. For
   the default options you can either link an image to the full size image which
   will navigate the browser to that exact URL and away from my post which I dont
   want, or you can link to a media page of the image which is the image on your
   site’s template which I don’t want. I just want a popup window similar to a gallery
   but I don’t want the large image to load on initial loading of the page but rather
   only when the image is clicked.

 * Thank you for the reply!
 * Regarding option 1. I am the only user and have no plans to add any more users
   so for this I can install another instance of wordpress in a subdirectory of
   my current installation, right? Will this give me two logins for the wordpress
   backend that I will have to switch between when editing each theme?
