We are just in testing phase so the sign up form is already on a protected page. I don’t need participants to go in and change their data or for participants to be created that data will be created manually or imported. * 1. Instead of going into the back-end of wordpress to create manually participants I want someone to create all the participants at the frontend through a form on a protected page (participants join as members only to use the search facility). The actual users I just want to use the search and sort page (as if they were doing a literature search). * 2. Once I have sorted this I will need some help in formatting the output of search and sort on the search page because of the numbers of fields it goes off page to the right. It probably needs splitting into 3 lines per participant to get all the fields on the page or it outputs the information to a blank page of some kind for printing. * 3. Finally I don’t want listed below the search and sort all of the files, I need a user just to search the database and the output to appear below with out the participants list. * So I guess first thing is to get the form to post to new participants each time its submitted (1). We only have 10 pages on this site and the FAQ will be important, on reading loads of posts on this subject I suspect its something interfering, maybe the theme or some header code I don’t know where to look. This could be on the same page or another page. I am not sure if this is possible, its just that some of my pages can be long and cluttered with content, useful content but not everyone needs to read it all. What I think your saying is the link just brings you back to the same page. I have set the variables as stated but when I click on the link it does not show the complete article. What I want it to do is on the page show the except but once you click the more link it over rides more and shows the full page article either on the page or in a new page.
