 * Yes, I’m getting it now — I accidentally had a value set to low in my call to
add_filter, so that’s why the argument wasn’t coming through before.

 * Hi, my name is Jared Smith, and I work for iPage. We certainly wouldn’t charge
you anything extra for using the JetPack plugin. As Knut mentioned, the plugin’s
main features are free, but there are a couple of paid features as well. If you
wanted to use the paid features, you’d have to pay Automattic to use those.

 * Another option is to create a subdomain, such as “test.yourdomain.com” or “new.
yourdomain.com”. Install WordPress in that subdomain, get a feel for it, and
then when you are comfortable, move it over to the original domain.

 * I wasn’t able to test those particular themes from my side, as it seems the themes
   are all commercial.
 * Can you give me more detail on where you’re getting the 404 error? Is it when
you upload the theme, or after the theme is uploaded? Any additional details
you can give me will help me figure out where things are failing.

 * Hey reynjudd. I’m sorry to hear you’re having problems. I’m going to do some
quick testing on my side and see if I can reproduce the problem. In the meantime,
I’ll also get our support team engaged and try to help you figure out what’s
   going on with your account.
