Please note that we are using your premium version. I have done the troubleshooting the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin. Steps as bellow; 1. Enable the troubleshooting mode 2. Enable the Classic Editor Plugin 3. Enable the Yoast SEO Plugin * No issues in this step, everything works as usual * 4. Enable the Yoast Yoast SEO Premium * Then the meta boxes disappears. I tried few times like above, every time without Premium version it is working fine.
