I gave clear setup, this doesn’t work with vanilla wordpress package downloaded straight from wordpress site.
All other plugins have been disabled and I already explained that.Quoting my first post in this thread:

I have the very same issue with live wordpress instance I cannot give the url to hence the bug report.Yes I did try to save them, I’ve seen the suggestion in the docs and forums. Didn’t help, and that’s why the bug has been reported.
