Right now the link from the plugin page is broken which is why you are receiving that error. I am sorry about the inconvenience. I will be fixing it on the next update, which hopefully should be within a week. The ampersand actually does work (at least on the newest version of WordPress), but I did have a lot of trouble getting it to work properly. However, it is working fine now. Make sure you have the newest version of WordPress and the newest version of the plugin. I am so sorry about this bug. I submitted 3 versions of the plugin that the css files were not being located properly, however, I know for a fact they are working properly on the newest version. If the issue is still persisting, please let me know. Great news, I’ve added an option to add a date/time stamp. I’ll see if I can implement the other features at some point. I will warn you, it might be a while cause I’m busy, plus I’m a greenhorns at coding. I modified this plugin off of the wp-vipergb plugin without knowing basically any php.
