 * Thank you Harrison! I followed your instructions and the slider showed up in 
   the test page. How could the code have been deleted from the home page, and how
   can I replace it?

 * I can also see that I have a plugin there called Responsive Slider.

 * I’ve found the PlugIns menu and I can see “Responsive Slider” there.

 * I’ve run updates as prompted. I would have thought that updates would not have“
