 * Hi, i’m having this problem too, but in my case it IS stoping me from working
   with WP becuase it’s disabling my navigation bar at the top with the options 
   for the plugins, posts etc. Even when i type the extention in the browser itself
   all it get is a page with the two error lines, and my blog page has the error
   lines at the top of the page too.
 * Th thing is i can’t even seem to access the plugin page to disable the offending
   plugin :-S
 * I’ve already tried deleting the AMM table from inside phpMyAdmin hoping that 
   would help and refreshed but i still have the error.
 * What do i do? I don’t want to have to reinstall my whole database again from 
   a backup…arg!
