I see you are using our free plugin so feel free to uninstall it if it is crashing your site. If not, uninstall other plugins you have so those will not crash your site when they interact with ours. This support group is reserved for customers using our premium products not our free products. Thanks. * Daniel and here is how I replied: Thank you for that sarcastic reply. And if you don’t want to assist customers who are trying out your free product with the aim to later upgrade to the premium product, then you should not offer it as a free product in the first place. * So, this “free ride” customer would VERY, VERY gladly remove your plugin, if he could just get into his website. So please make it happen. * Also, for the sake of clarity, just like this group is only reserved for premium members, my support is only reserved for those who actually care about their customers. * Now, give me access to my website so that I can remove your product. * So, displetdev says one thing, and Daniel implies another. Just have a look at all the posts these guys leave…on WordPress forums they act as if they are the guardians of the internet, accusing some theme developers of incompetence.
