 * ok.. seems it was a problem with jetpack,
 * After updating the wordpress manually, I did the plugins-hold trick, and the
   site returned.. without the plugins, then I could go to wp-admin, update all
   plugins, and re-installed Jetpack, and seems to be back to business.
 * thanks for the help Tara

 * Did all of the above in order. first 2 steps did nothing.
    3rd step made the
   error message change:
 * > Warning: require(/home/flext329/public_html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/modules/
   > contact-form.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: Permission denied
   > in /home/flext329/public_html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/class.jetpack.php
   > on line 924
   > Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘/home/flext329/
   > public_html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/modules/contact-form.php’ (include_path
   > =’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /home/flext329/public_html/wp-content/
   > plugins/jetpack/class.jetpack.php on line 924
 * Any ideas?

 * the wp-settings.php is calling a file (pomo.php) which doesn’t exist. I don’t
   know why/or what changed this..
 * line 77 is:
 * > require( ABSPATH . WPINC . ‘/pomo/pomo.php’ );
 * but there are only 5 files in the pomo folder, and not one called pomo.php, which
   doesn’t appear in any of the various wordpress sites I have on the go.

 * Thanks for the attention Tara.
    1. I changed them, but saved and reverted back
   to the ones that were there..
 * 2. The POMO file I should say folder.. pomo folder. which is situated in the
   wp-includes folder. And it is seemingly the source of the error…”
 * > Failed opening required ‘/home/flext329/public_html/wp-includes/pomo/pomo.php’“
 * 3. I think it is Version 4.1.5..

 * Definately not a cache problem, as I was seeing the same problem on another machine
   yesterday, I have cleared my cache as well and still get the problem,
    This page
   seems to suffer worse than others, maybe because the side bar is bigger than
   the main page area. [http://www.flextime.com.br/ingles/](http://www.flextime.com.br/ingles/)
