 * Well, I wish this were resolved, but what is unclear — and I think theme-related—
   is the procedure for inserting the AdSense code immediately after the <head> 
   tag. A more basic question is how to get into the HTML.
 * Here is what Good AdSense said:
    Copy the code on your AdSense homepage. Paste
   the code into the HTML of your page, right after the <head> tag. How you go about
   this step will depend on the tools you use to edit your site, e.g., HTML editor,
   website builder, CMS, etc. If you need more assistance, visit the help center
   or support forum for the tool you’re using.
 * Any help would be appreciated.
