 * I second [@pzanno](https://wordpress.org/support/users/pzanno/)’s solution! But
   for me the line was on line 211, but the instructions were perfect. Hopefully
   this will be fixed in the next update. Thanks!

 * Update: I think the issue is that the group needs to have EVERY capability that’s
   checked instead of just one. Is this a new requirement? When I made sure the 
   test group had EVERY capability that was checked suddenly the page rendered properly:
