Your link (same as given to me before), simply goes to a page informing me I do not have any sites yet, with nowhere else to go except to create a site (which I don’t want). But it doesn’t help. Your link goes to my WP.com account and my issue is with my blog hosted on WP.org. My issue has been resolved. I deleted jetpack folder in hosting and reinstalled. I found the file, deleted it, reinstalled Jetpack, and voila, all the stats, subscribers, and form were back.
