This sounds like a javascript error or conflict with another plugin. If you’re not comfortable providing the website there are some things to help narrow down the issue. * # Install the [WordPress Health Check Plugin](https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/). * This will allow you to safely disable plugins for just your user. Enter troubleshooting mode, enable Contact Form 7 and Contact Form 7 – reCaptcha v2. Head to the front- end of your website and test the form submission to see if the issue persists. If it does not then you can enable plugins one by one until you find the plugin which causes the issue. We also noticed that there’s a ReCaptcha on the login page. Contact Form 7 has some documentation on this topic which you can find [through their website](https://contactform7.com/setting-up-mail/#Contact_Form_7_Email_Issues). Whenever submitted though it does use the spam message found in each forms “Messages” tab on each contact form. Following the [installation instructions](https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpcf7-recaptcha/#installation) may be helpful here. If you’ve followed the instructions you can verify that the API keys are indeed version 2 ( on the [Google ReCaptcha](https://www.google.com/recaptcha/intro/v3.html) management page. * Once logged into the websites WordPress, using the left-hand navigation, navigate to Contact -> reCaptcha Version.
