 * Just like [@sandpradhan](https://wordpress.org/support/users/sandpradhan/), Metform
   was my issue as well. However it was Metform Pro. I disabled the Pro and left
   just the standard plugin run and the site ran just fine.

 * It’s the basic shopping template that comes with WordPress and any product will
   yield the same results. Each product has a different weight and dimensions as
   I was playing with them to see if somehow that would effect the flat rate shipping
   option.

 * I figured out what I was doing wrong with the local pickup/usps option. So that
   issue is resolved. But I still have the problems with it showing a USPS Flat 
   Rate fee of $14.70 when it should only be $7.30
