 * HI [@dexterdeal](https://wordpress.org/support/users/dexterdeal/)
 * Thank you for reaching out to Paid Memberships Pro.
 * Our development team is aware of and looking into this, we cannot provide an
   ETA of when this will be addressed – [https://github.com/strangerstudios/paid-memberships-pro/issues/1255](https://github.com/strangerstudios/paid-memberships-pro/issues/1255)
 * In the meanwhile you or your developer should be able to display the “From Name”
   in the sent emails without the backslash with some customization code as a temporary
   workaround using the example code recipe mentioned in the issue comments here–
   [https://github.com/strangerstudios/paid-memberships-pro/issues/1255#issuecomment-1609198417](https://github.com/strangerstudios/paid-memberships-pro/issues/1255#issuecomment-1609198417)
 * I hope this helps get you started.
 * Kind regards,
   Theunis C.

 * Hi [@admin0478](https://wordpress.org/support/users/admin0478/)
 * Thank you for reaching out to Paid Memberships Pro.
 * You should be able to achieve adding a checkbox for acceptance of terms on the

 * Hi [@boabo](https://wordpress.org/support/users/boabo/)
 * Thank you for reaching out.
 * You should be able to add images in the uploads directory to the media library
   with a free plugin from the repository that provides the functionality to sync
   media files.
 * Doing a quick [search](https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/media+library+sync/)

 * Thank you for reaching out to Paid Memberships Pro.
 * This usually occurs if the “passphrase” and/or account credentials are missing
   or do not match and correcting these resolved the issue for user who previously
   experienced a similar issue.

 * Hi [@mariondorsett](https://wordpress.org/support/users/mariondorsett/)
 * Thank you for reaching out to Paid Memberships Pro.
 * The [pmpro_edit_member_capability](https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/hook/pmpro_edit_member_capability/)
   hook is a [filter](https://developer.wordpress.org/plugins/hooks/filters/) that
   returns the default checked capability required to edit membership options. You
   or your developer may use this filter hook to change the required default capability,
   e.g. edit_users, checked by PMPro to edit membership options – [https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/hook/pmpro_edit_member_capability/](https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/hook/pmpro_edit_member_capability/)
 * I thought it might be helpful to include an example customization code recipe
   to achieve this: [https://gist.github.com/ipokkel/2f2827d598bd01eaaa8b10f9d1a3792d](https://gist.github.com/ipokkel/2f2827d598bd01eaaa8b10f9d1a3792d)
 * For more available hooks you may refer to our documentation here – [https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/hooks-filters/](https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/hooks-filters/)
 * I hope this helps get you started.

 * Hi [@ph59](https://wordpress.org/support/users/ph59/)
 * Thank you for reaching out to Paid Memberships Pro.
 * Adjusting the “Join Now” link on the login page should be achievable with some
   customization by you or your developer by hooking into [pmpro_login_forms_handler_nav](https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/hook/pmpro_login_forms_handler_nav/)
   filter.
 * Here is a code recipe that links to the checkout page for a specific level that
   you or your developer may use as an example to get started: [https://gist.github.com/andrewlimaza/4611c3128b521b873d286cc6c7296994](https://gist.github.com/andrewlimaza/4611c3128b521b873d286cc6c7296994)
 * To customize the links that appear under member-only restricted content you may
   refer to our guide here: [https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/customizing-the-message-for-non-members-on-membership-protected-content/](https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/customizing-the-message-for-non-members-on-membership-protected-content/)

   I hope this helps get you started.

 * Hi [@vcop](https://wordpress.org/support/users/vcop/)
 * Thank you for reaching out to Paid Memberships Pro.
 * You may consider using Stripe Checkout, (as your payment gateway for membership
   checkouts), which should display the total price on the Stripe Checkout page:

   [https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/gateway/stripe/stripe-checkout/](https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/gateway/stripe/stripe-checkout/)
 * To dynamically update the total on the PMPro checkout page would require custom
   code due to the many moving parts and various factors that may affect the price.
   We recommend that you contact a local WordPress developer.
 * When sharing requirements with the developers, here are some technical notes
   you can include that should help them understand your needs and also identify
   the connected functions or hooks in Paid Memberships Pro.
    - The price displayed may be altered by hooking into the `pmpro_level_cost_text`
      filter – [https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/hook/pmpro_level_cost_text/](https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/hook/pmpro_level_cost_text/)
    - Some AJAX may also be required to update the total, especially if any user
      selection on the checkout page affects the total.
 * I hope this helps get you started.
 * Kind regards,
   Theunis C.

 * Hi [@nunks](https://wordpress.org/support/users/nunks/)
 * Thank you for reaching out to Paid Memberships Pro.
 * I am really sorry to hear about the issue you were facing and am happy to hear
   you have managed to resolve this.
 * To help avoid such issues PMPro core does check if the function `pmprorh_santize`
   exists before declaring it here:
 * [https://github.com/strangerstudios/paid-memberships-pro/blob/564b2f079d9192686d1abd853fadf0719d551981/includes/deprecated.php#L132-L136](https://github.com/strangerstudios/paid-memberships-pro/blob/564b2f079d9192686d1abd853fadf0719d551981/includes/deprecated.php#L132-L136)
 * I have reached out to our development team to bring this to their attention so
   they may consider discussing this topic in the future. I cannot provide an estimated
   time frame of if and when this may happen.
 * Kind regards,
   Theunis C.

 * Thank you for reaching out to Paid Memberships Pro. I am really sorry to hear
   about the issue you are facing.
 * Termination of a user’s membership that had an expiration date as well as expiration
   warning email notifications are performed by scheduled actions. It sounds like
   these scheduled actions are not triggered as expected.
 * Working through our scheduled service troubleshooting guide should help you resolve
