 * I am having this same problem as well. I also am not using FTP, and am connected
   only via the WordPress website. I can’t login – I messed with permalinks and 
   now can’t get to the dashboard. Help!

 * I have the exact same problem as Nick had. I’ve killed my access to the dashboard
   by messing with the permalinks. The only difference is that Nick knows what he
   is doing to fix it. I am much more limited with the technical side.
 * I just tried to download Cpanel and phpmyadmin and failed. I don’t know if I 
   could find the wp_options table if I could get them up and running. Can someone
   help or please point me in the right direction? I can’t seem to find a dummy-
   proof direction for these downloads.
