 * Same issue here in a pair of websites using this same plugin. Tle login process
   gets stucked in a loop:
 * 1. Type credentials at admin login
    2. Sends automated verification link to email
   3. Click on link 4. Onscreen confirmation to login 5. Type credentials again…
   and step 1 repeats itself again
 * Default wordpress login works fine. Had to disable this plugin in order to login.
 * Could be something related to Wordfence plugin + Admin Custom Login plugin working
   together?

 * Thank you.
 * We’ve applied the roll back to make slider work.

 * Thank you.
 * Is there any repository with previous versions of your plugin to download?
 * We’d like to roll back to previous version, since we can’t (at least not now)
   update to the most recent WooCommerce version, and keep things working as they
   were prior to update your plugin.
 * Thanks in advance. Let us know if there’s such repository.
 * Best regards.

 * > What was the last version you were using?
 * Version used before update: 1.12.10
 * > also please tell me which version of WooCommerce you are using?
 * Woocommerce version: 2.6.14
 * In case Woocommerce outdated version is the reason for the issue, is it already
   documented at any place of the plugin documentation?
 * Thanks.

 * Hi bighamdesign:
 * We were experiencing that issue too (Howdy and the whole user menu dissapearing).
 * But despite we applied the configuration you describe, User menu and Log Out
   option still missing.
 * After that, we applied what [this post](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/user-info-area-not-appearing?replies=10)
   suggests and we were happy to have user menu back.
 * Hope this additional info helps confused and frustrated users like us when we
   reviewed plugin configuration again and again and no luck.
 * Cheers!

 * Hi slice!
 * We were having this frustrating issue too!
 * But after reading [this post](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/user-info-area-not-appearing?replies=10),
   we applied the solution described there.
 * Simply uncheck the box containing the “top-secondary” row and the LogOut (and
   the user info, according to General Options configuration) should appear.
 * Hope it helps you and other users having this same issue.
 * Cheers!

 * Try [this post](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/unable-to-write-to-your-htaccess-or-nginxconf-file?replies=14).
   Although, I see no solution there.

 * As jameskoster says, resaving permalinks normally fixes the issue.
 * One of the most common situations when this happens is when you rename the permalink
   name of the store; for example, from “shop” to whatever you like (a translation
   for example).
 * Be carefull to re-save your changes once you get the error. It’s an odd issue,
   but this renaming and resaving task might be an easy way out to get rid of the
   warning.
