 * you told me to change themes and plugins and thats what i did. ive lost a whole
   day and now im scared ive lost my site. i need the site back up.

 * im in the ftp file manager. i see all the files listed. im sitting on “plugins”
   right now.

 * the other suggestions offered im not capable of doing or i dont understand how
   to do it. i cant disable plugins from admin panel if i cant log in. i dont know
   how to check wp-config.php file.

 * clearing cache didn’t work. you see “nothing found” in the tab itself of the 
   browser for the website.
