    The list is refreshed every time you reload
   the Custom API Fields page, but a custom field must be assigned to a post to 
   be shown.

 * Is it a recent screenshot? It seems like the plugin didn’t apply the latest revision,
   in this case, may I ask you to try reactivating it?

 * It is already possible. If you have custom fields existing for some of your pages,
   you will see a section called “pages” on the plugin Settings page, under the “
   Posts” tab. All the custom fields that are used in your pages will be listed 
   in this section. You can check them here to let them show in the REST API response.
