Could you please also try to delete the insert-post-ads folder (in wp-content/plugins) and install the plugin again? * The problem may also appear due to a conflict with other plugins or a theme. Deactivate the plugin. Refresh the page. Activate the plugin again. If it doesn’t help – just delete the plugin, clear cache, install it again via wp-admin/plugin-install.php page. Also, please, check if the WP DEBUG mode is disabled. Please, check the following: 1) Refresh the settings page, select “ad – above post”, make sure that it is disabled. 2) Select “ad – middle of post”, make sure that if is turned off too. Please, make sure that you done both steps: 1 and 2. The plugin had 2 independent options “Activate Vi Stories”, both of them should have been turned off. Now we’ve changed its behavior and “Activate Vi Stories” option turns OFF all vi ads. Just install the latest version, turn off the “Activate Vi Stories”, and press “Update” button. If the ads are still present, clear wp cache and refresh the page.
