 * Just FYI, upgraded WordPress to version 4.5 and sp-faq to latest version 3.2.3,
   and this problem happened again. This is the second time I encountered the problem
   after the first time happened when I upgraded sp-faq from version 3.1.1 to version
   3.2.1.
 * The solution is to recreate the FAQ categories, re-categorize all FAQ pages and
   modify the FAQ page with the new FAQ category shortcode numbers. Those who has
   many FAQ pages might find this very tedious.
 * Hoping to have permanent solution so that this problem will not happen again 
   every time we do upgrade.
