I was going to login via FTP to disable WF, but wanted to try other solutions first. My friend was able to login from a different network. I am unable to do so, so I’m going to walk him through white listing my IP address. Will post a followup with the results. This is most evident on mobile devices or when the browser window is resized to simulate a narrow screen. The code for the page can be seen below. I checked the “Show a modal window” type and it is set to “Click on a link (with an #anchor link) Does it matter where on the page the short code is inserted?
