It is working now. But I’m facing a new issue though. I’m also getting email through regular “email notification” where I’ve assigned an email template to be sent. I’ve also tried adding a hidden field named “ Subject” in each form and assigning the relevant unique value to that field. After that using [field-Subject] variable in “Subject” field (in “Email Notification” section) does not work either.
