 * Hi Joachim,
 * thanks for your help! Yes both plugins are installed. The sidebar shows on all
   pages after installing Sidebar for TwentySeventeen.
 * But after installing Content Aware Sidebars I cant get the sidebar to work with
   the front page. Just to clarify, the front page is a static page called “News”.
   Because it is the front page, I cannot set a condition for this specific page.
   It does not appear in the page list. Therefore I set the condition to appear 
   on the special page called “Front page”.

 * EDIT: For the sake of elimination configuration issues with respect to conditions
   I have already tried to create a new widget for the front page only which I only
   set there via special page condition. This also does not work for me.
