It looks like the error you are having is a permissions issue with the FTP rather than the plugins themselves (i.e. you will likely run into this error with other plugins). We are also working on improvements to the plugins to simplify and streamline the set up process. Further documentation was provided for taking their site live. All support inquiries were responded to in a timely fashion; screenshots and further documentation were provided. It is very powerful, but requires patience to read through the documentation and complete the setup process, which is where things went wrong in this case. * The IgnitionDeck plugins and themes are responsive.
