 * Hi, I discovered that the option “Minify html”, “Page cache” and “Database cache”
   need to be swichted of. Please try this and let me know if you can confirm this..

 * I deactivated the ohter image optimizer, the link checker and the media-cleander
   plugin. That had no effect, the errors remain the same …

 * When I change the theme, the Icon appear correctly; I contacted the theme-owners.

 * Hey Tomas,
    I agree with you: It is very old, but I have to assume that every
   100th visitor still uses that browser. It’s true when you use F12 it still looks
   ok, but on the real IE8 it is really messed up – concerning that error with the
   EventLissener: It would be nice if the theme would not produce js-errors on IE8–

   but it did not work.
    Than I set up new php.ini files in different php-Directories
   and then it worked.
