I created a first class mail package which is refundable by USPS (I’ve refunded it using Paypal shipping before). However Woocommerce still gives me the “USPS Letters are not eligible for refund” message. The label has not been shipped out.
Can we resolve this so I can receive this refund within the 30 day window?
