    which is better ? is it to create a “custom-style.
   css” file and upload it to my site and modified it every time change is released?
 * or is it better to create a child theme ??

 * I think its unlikely they are going to admit the were under DDOS attacks .. its
   bad for their reputation

 * I have the same problem and after over 6 hours I can not open my site and they
   replay after 6 hours or so , saying they are getting back soon !!!
