If you changed it before you exported the sql then its going to need changing back: [http://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_The_Site_URL](http://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_The_Site_URL) * I doubt its something with your theme, unless you have hardcoded links in there or something. I have managed to turn up a few quicktag customising plugins so will see if I can extend one of those. Settings > Permanent > Change to default (the ?p=123 one) 2.
