@ryanhungate Thanks for replyina and sorry it took me a while to reply, I’ve been swamped.
I’m actually using wpackagist to handle plugins in the website repo.
I agree with @codecdev2. It is probably the .gitignore file that is interfering with the vendor folder inside the plugin.

I’m glad you could reproduce it. Thanks for your time and effort. Great support!

In reply to: [Payment Plugins Braintree For WooCommerce] Undefined variable: styleHi @mrclayton
Thanks for the quick reply.
I’m using v3.2.26 of the plugin. About the template, I’m using the default settings. I’m still developing the website so although I have enabled the Apple Pay gateway I haven’t had the chance to do the actual integration with Apple yet…
@wfadam I meant the opposite. Live Traffic displays traffic hits normally. Also if I try to filter by any of the IPs shown in the Live Traffic activity, it does filter them correctly. The problem is that the IPs coming from the Top 10 IPs Blocked list do not return any results which is where the whole confusion started for me.
Thanks for replying, @wfadam
1. Yes, I’m searching for the IPs from the Top 10 IPs Blocked list in the report activity email. None of them were blocked and still return no results. If I don’t filter by IP I do see events populating normally. Not sure what’s happening…
2 and 3. Noted. Thanks for clearing that up.

In reply to: [Payment Plugins Braintree For WooCommerce] Checkout issue: Expected order idOnce again, you were right. Client had not setup Paypal in Braintree for production.
Thank you very much!
BTW: The support for this plugin is by far the best I’ve experienced. So happy with your help.

In reply to: [Payment Plugins Braintree For WooCommerce] Checkout issue: Expected order idI’ve been working on another website simultaneously and run again into what I think is the same error after moving from staging to production: no customer id.
Just visiting the checkout triggers this error: There was an error loading the PayPal SDK. Please provide the following details to your plugin developer.PayPal config: undefinedPayPal SDK query: https://www.paypal.com/sdk/js?components=buttons,messages¤cy=USD&vault=false&commit=false&intent=capture
Visting that url display this: SDK Validation error: ‘Expected client-id to be passed'”, which makes me think is related to the fact we moved the website.
However, this time deleting the Braintree Vault ID and updating profile does not create it, instead the logging shows: ERROR Error saving customer’s payment methods on User Profile page. Reason: is an invalid customer id.
All of this seems to be related to mismatching API keys or something. I went to Merchant Accounts, deleted it, and re-imported it. Still no luck.
What else can I try? Btw, this is the website: https://shop.ibericoscovap.us/checkout/
Thanks in advance

In reply to: [Payment Plugins Braintree For WooCommerce] Checkout issue: Expected order idThat was it! Thank you, I inherited this website from a developer that is no longer around and I had tried everything I could think of but was unaware of this issue and it was driving me insane.
One last thing, do you know is there a way to bulk delete old customer ID’s? I’m working on a staging environment, a sort of recent copy of production, and would like, if possible, to get a cleaner slate to work on.

In reply to: [Payment Plugins Braintree For WooCommerce] Checkout issue: Expected order idQuick update:
I disabled cache and tested some more. I tried as a guest customer and this time the order went through, so somehow logged in users (admins at least) seem to trigger the “customer id” invalid error.
It does not make a lot of sense, I’ll investigate it further. Just wanted to update in case anybody else gets this error. Also, any ideas are more than welcome!
Replacing every occasion of UNIQUE KEY with PRIMARY KEY did the trick. Tables were created and posts indexed.
Thank you Mikko!

In reply to: [Payment Plugins Braintree For WooCommerce] Checkout: 524 No Reason PhraseThank you @mrclayton,
We’re on Digital Ocean. Every now and then it gets a little slow but so far nothing too bad.
The checkout worked fine last week in staging when I started styling the template. So I think it’s already whitelisted or at least can connect to Braintree.
Any recommendations to debug this issue?
Thanks again.

In reply to: [Payment Plugins Braintree For WooCommerce] Checkout issue: Expected order idThank you so much! This did in fact resolved the issue.
I was able to login in Paypal using the personal sandbox account I created earlier and pay, however, once I returned to the website I got this error:
“There was an error processing your payment. Reason: Customer ID is invalid.”
What am I doing wrong?

In reply to: [Yoast Duplicate Post] Cloning elementor popup issueI ran into this issue and this the best workaround I could find: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0svztqomxX8
Basically, you’ll need to export the popup template, saved the exported json and import it back as a new template. This will create an identical popup (even same name). You’ll be able to differentiate from the original clone because the creation date.
Hope this helps someone some time and frustration. Not sure why the Elementor guys haven’t made this easier yet…

In reply to: [Modern Footnotes] Open links in a new tabNevermind. Silly me figured it out. All you need to do is edit the link to open in a new tab directly from the editor dialog. Just like one would do with any other link!
