I am facing exactly the same problem, it gives a page not found error, moreover, Internal server error 500 appears on different pages…. Disabling yoast seo shows the pages again but, these dreaded 500 errors remain a pain, please update the plugin and advise on how to clean the mess created by your last update to get rid of the 500s.
