 * Hi,
 * Yes that is the correct plugin. Unfortunately we are unable to stop using the
   page builder plugin due to the amount of pages that have been created using it,
   if I find a solution I will let you know.

 * Hi,
 * Following your advice I have found that there is a conflict with Elegant Themes’
   Elegant Builder plugin. The popup seems to be getting the content of their page
   builder, has anyone reported this before and if so is there a known fix? Thanks
   for your help.
