You need to go to Appearence -> Widgets and then add our widget to your widget area. Push notifications technology works with service workers and Chrome update them every 24 hours, so if you uninstall the plugin you need to wait a day at max. We just have launched an update to force the update if you decide to disable the plugin. Thanks for your feedback.
