Switching from Memcached to Redis solved the problem for now. I was able to find a conflict with another plugin. * I tried on another install and I was able to confirm that shop_manager user role has access to the Abandoned Cart admin pages. * After disabling plugins one by one I was able to identify that SecuPress Pro ( version 1.4.7) was blocking access to the Abandoned Cart admin pages for all user roles, except administrator. * After updating SecuPress Pro to version 1.4.9.3 everything works fine.
