 * Do you use BuddyPress? The pending users list you are seeing is probably generated
   from BuddyPress (or another plugin) and not New User Approve.
 * Those in the pending list are there because they have not confirmed their e-mail
   addresses by clicking link in activation e-mail.

 * The last two updates to WP-Stateless have ‘broken’ all my sites. Can’t re-sync

 * I’m having the same issue. I am using WP-Stateless version 2.1.9 and WordPress
   4.9.8.
 * The error I am getting when trying to regenerate and sync is: “Both local and
   remote files are missing. Unable to resize.”
 * The GSC bucket contains the image file.
 * Is there a solution to this other than uninstalling WP-Stateless?
