 * Sure, do you have a off-site backup? If so, you can import your database and 
   re-upload your WordPress files, including themes, plugins… to a more reliable
   web hosting provider. Depending on your domain settings, you also need to move
   your domain name to a new host. (Auth Code required).

 * German language file.
 * I’ve noticed that there’s a new translation since v.3.2.1. Unfortunately 2016
   there hasn’t been a completed German language file. Thus, I’ve created a heavily
   personalised German *.po/*.mo translation myself. I don’t want to overwrite my
   translation file.

 * I am getting exactly the same error when I press enter on the keyboard. It’s 
   working fine when I click the subscribe button.
 * I don’t use any Third Party Plugins. Basic installation. No errors show up in
   the debug log. It’s happening with PHP 5.6 and 7.x. Email Subscribers & Newsletters(
   3.2.6) and WordPress 4.7.2
 * How can I debug this further?

 * Enable display_error in your php settings. Also try increasing your php memory_limit.
