 * I would recommend you try installing a caching plugin. We have some clients that
   have migrated from Godaddy to other hosting providers, it seems that based on
   the package you have they heavily limit the amount of process usage so if you
   have a good amount of content on your site you will see some pretty high load
   times, since the server is waiting for a process to finish before starting a 
   new one.
 * So you might want to either upgrade your hosting package with them or move to
   a different providers but try downloading a caching plugin first that should 
   help.
