 * try this
    Via FTP or your host’s file manager, navigate to the wp-contents folder(
   directory) Via FTP or your host’s file manager, rename the folder “plugins” to“
   plugins.hold” Login to your WordPress administration plugins page (/wp-admin/
   plugins.php) – this will disable any plugin that is “missing”. Via FTP or your
   host’s file manager, rename “plugins.hold” back to “plugins (then I also delete
   db cache, advance cache, and w3 cache)

 * So I was able to resolve the issue. I logged into cpanel, placed all plugins
   on hold, by renaming the plugins in the wp content folder from plugins to plugins.
   hold. then deleted db cache, advance cache, and w3 chache.
