We’re not aware of this issue and haven’t seen it happening before. The line you’re referring to takes the API response from Hellodialog and handles it further. It’s likely that the problem occurred due to a communication problem with Hellodialog’s API. Perhaps there was an incident on their end? While using the shortcode we check if certain fields pulled in from Hellodialogs API are enabled in WordPress. You can enable those fields in the plug-in forms. * The reason why you get the warning is when none of Hellodialogs fields are enabled in the plug-in. To catch this case and not throw a warning we’ve updated our plug-in. We’re currently investigating the root-cause of this problem. It (indeed) seems to be caused by a connection error to the Hellodialog API. We’re currently in contact with Hellodialog and expect to release a fix (that will make sure no fatal error is thrown) later this week.
