I’m also having header and fotoer problems after update. My footer is not taking custom CSS that I used to create a bottom banner.
And the header is super spaced out and the button looks weird on mobile in desktop.

I also tried reinstalling Neve. I wasn’t having this issue on my localhost.

I’m not using a child. I deleted inactive installed themes just in case. The console is giving me a 404 and 500 this file doesn’t exist: htdocs/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/neve-web-design-bg-09.jpg – and any Neve theme template that I select.
