 * It doesn’t give me any message. The page simply reloads back to the same page.
   We initially thought someone had changed the passwords, but I don’t think that’s
   the case.
 * Just to be sure, I found an ‘Emergency Password Script’ to reset the passwords
   via FTP, which I tried and it seemed to work okay.
 * It was then that I realised we weren’t actually getting an “invalid username/
   password” message, just a strange redirected URL.
