* Hello,
thank you for your feedback! We’ve just published a new update, 4.3.3
where we addressed some of the bugs reported:
* 1. users can request pickup on past shifts – FIXED
2. get back to everyone schedule
from myschedule – FIXED, stays on myschedule. 3. not yet, we’ll work on it 4.
added spaces for link titles – FIXED 5. not yet, we’ll work on it
* As for suggestions, we’ve added them to the to-do list, we’ll try to implement
those in the new major update we’re currently working on.

* Hello,
I’m sorry at the moment it wouldn’t be possible to create 2 shift types
for the same time frame, it’s the way the database is currently designed. The“
shift type” is now an alias to “shift time” rather than to “shift job type”.
For the moment I’d suggest to create separate calendars for different job types,
for example “Ice Cream Store – Making”, and “Ice Cream Store – Serving”.

* Hello,
could you please try to paste this URL in the browser address window,
but change the starting “webcal://” to “[http://&#8221](http://&#8221);.
Normally it should give out some text content, please have a look if it displays
any errors.

* Hello,
in version 4.3.1 we’ve added the week number labels in the header of
the calendar week view. Also in the month view when you mouse over a date label
it’ll also show the week number. Hope it helps, please let me know if you need
more.
* Regarding the delete published shifts, it’s a bug, we’ve resolved it in version
4.3.1.

* Hi,
sorry for not replying sooner, but we’ve finally made it. In version 3.5.6
we’ve added 2 new shortcode parameters: map-start-address and map-start-zoom,
so combining it with start=”no” you can show a default map without search result
yet, like this:
* `[locatoraid start="no" map-start-address="Paris, France" map-start-zoom="10"]`

* Hello,
yes it searches within a certain radius, so when one types in “United
States”, it finds the center of the country, then searches within max 500 miles.
If you have quite a few locations, you can extend the radius by the “radius”
shortcode parameter, like this:
* `[locatoraid radius="5000"]`
* Please have a look at this page for more details:

* Hi,
we’ve just published a new version update, 3.5.2, that adds a new “Draft”
option under “Priority”. If a location is set to “Draft”, it’s not visible in
the front end.

* Hello Sheldon,
we’ve just published a new 4.2.7 version update that’ll address
this issue. If you have more than 5 weekdays disabled, so less than 10 days shown
in the month view, it will display shifts in full detail, like as in the week
mode.

this error is from the Google Maps side, you could probably check it

key.

* Hi Sheldon,
this is the way it’s designed now. In the month view when the shifts
are grouped by calendar or employee there’s very little space for each day so
we can’t display anything there, the shift view is just a colored box.
