A notification is sent only when an employee is assigned to the shift. tags are removed on the page with our shortcode only, other pages are supposed to be unaffected. We need that option because quite often many clients have to add JavaScript and CSS to adjust the view and behavior. If set to Off, then the employees will not be able to pick up free shifts, i.e. no trade option too.
