    I gave access
   to my website to the developers who added a small customized CSS for fixing the
   issue. That solved the problem only on bigger screens though. I think that probably
   I won’t use Advanced Tabs on my website anymore (not for this issue but for external
   reasons) and so I’ve not looked thoroughly but to give some more details I’m 
   using Astra theme, Essential Addons for Elementor v4.6.2 and Elementor v3.1.4.
   Have not tried downgrading Essential Addons to v4.6.0. I see that now there is
   a new version of Elementor (3.2.1), but Essential Addons is not tested yet with
   that new version, maybe I’ll try to update and see if anything change. Anyway
   I’d suggest you to open a ticket for solving your problem.
